GRILLED SHRIMP CAPRESE

This is one of our favorite recipes using fresh herbs: Basil and Parsley. It takes a little time to prepare, but when done, and served with a simple salad of Romaine, fresh from the garden tomatoes, and one of our infused vinegars and olive oil salad dressing, this a mean that become one of your favorites as well. And don't forget to serve a nice, classic Pinot Grigio. EASY TARRAGON CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients: 1/2 Rotisserie chicken, boned and chopped 3 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice 3/4 cup mayonnaise, made with olive oil 2 sprigs fresh French Tarragon a couple dashes of S&H GreenAcre Tarragon Infused Vinegar ´╗┐Directions: ´╗┐Combine all ingredients and serve on a good artisan bread for a sandwich. This salad also works great for stuffing a tomato.

POPPA FRANK'S HOT WINGS

Ingredients: 12 Chicken wings 1/2 cup flour´╗┐ 1 tsp Cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic power 1/2 cup melted butter 1/2 cup Poppa Frank's Wing Sauce Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees Mix flour with cayenne pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Dust wings with flour mixture and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour to allow the flour to seal. Whisk together the melted butter and Poppa Frank's Wing Sauce.
