12 Chicken wings
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic power
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup Poppa Frank's Wing Sauce
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Mix flour with cayenne pepper, salt, and garlic powder.
Dust wings with flour mixture and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour to allow the flour to seal. Whisk together the melted butter and Poppa Frank's Wing Sauce. Roll the wings in the sauce mix. Place wings on a shallow pan and bake for 30 minutes. Increase the oven temperature to 475 degrees and bake another 10-15 minutes, or until the skin is crisp. Roll wings again in sauce mixture again and serve with traditional blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
For even more heat, marinate the wings in 4 oz. of Poppa Frank's Wing Sauce for 1-3 hours before flouring, then proceed with recipe. Wings may also be grilled or fried.
