Basil, Chives, and Garlic infused in a Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine Vinegar.
This vinegar is Rusty's favorite, not only for its taste, but for its versatility. It makes a flavorful salad dressing when mixed with a high quality olive oil. Mix in a little Rusty's Italian Bread Dip Herb Mix and you have a wonderful bread dip appetizer. Use it to marinade your steak Au Poivre before you cook it, then drizzle the marinade over the cooked steak. Mix in a little of the marinade with the steak drippings and make a nice au jus.
